I have been working in the mental health field for the last 14 years. I was a psych nurse for years before going back to school to become a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). I use an individualized approach with each patient, adjusting to your specific needs. I see patients as a whole person with context and depth and not as a disorder. I work with you to develop a treatment plan that works; insuring it is feasible and realistic. I am committed to serving my patients by promoting self-esteem, fighting stigmas, acknowledging the darkness and helping them find the light.
