Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, Ucare

I am currently working on getting credentialed with all major insurance companies. I know insurance can be confusing to navigate. I recommend calling your insurance to ask specifics about coverage.

Out-of-Network

Many insurance companies will partially cover providers who are out-of-network. You will need to check with your insurance company about the paperwork required to do this. Sometimes it's called a "superbill"

Sliding scale

Inquire about this option if you are not sure how you will be able to pay for your mental health care.

Service codes

Unfortunately, each insurance has different rates. You can call your insurance and ask: "I'm calling to ask about what my personal responsibility will be for CPT code: XXXXX"

CPT Codes:

90792- Diagnostic Assessment

99213- Medication Management (low complexity)

99214- Medication Management (moderate complexity)

99215- Medication Management (high complexity)
